Boomlet Media is a fast-growing digital and influencer marketing agency working with leading brands across industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team and support our operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and collections.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.

• Oversee GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports including revenue dashboards, expense tracking, project profitability, outstanding payments, and monthly financial summaries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track budgets, expenses, and project-wise financials.

• Assist in audits and ensure all financial documents are maintained as per compliance standards.

• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CA Inter is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an agency or service-based environment).

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS formatting).

• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
