About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Strategist who can turn insights, platform trends, and creator behaviour into strong campaign strategies. The ideal candidate understands digital culture deeply and can craft influencer-led solutions that drive brand relevance, engagement, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for influencer marketing pitches and ongoing campaigns.

  • Analyse briefs and convert them into strategic influencer approaches.

  • Identify relevant creator categories, audience segments, and content styles.

  • Build campaign frameworks, influencer mix recommendations, execution flows, and content direction.

  • Map platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/Reels alternatives) and integrate them into strategies.

  • Work closely with sales, brand solutions, and creative teams for pitch development.

  • Collaborate with the influencer team to ensure alignment on creator selection and campaign narratives.

  • Present strategy decks to clients with clarity and strong storytelling.

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research on campaigns, influencers, and emerging formats.

  • Track performance metrics and derive insights for optimization and future planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing strategy, brand solutions, or digital planning.

  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, digital platforms, and creator categories.

  • Ability to create structured, insight-driven strategic decks.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

  • A strong pulse on content trends, pop culture, and audience behaviour.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creative teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into insights.

Good to Have

  • Experience in influencer-led brand campaigns across multiple categories (F&B, lifestyle, tech, beauty, etc.).

  • Understanding of paid amplification, social media strategy, and content direction.

  • Existing relationships with creators or talent managers (bonus).
