Overview

Boomlet is a Mumbai-based integrated marketing communications agency offering services in Influencer Marketing, Content Production, and Strategic Communications. We're looking for a dynamic Creative Lead to head our shared Creative Services team. This role will work across business units to develop client pitches, lead creative execution, manage the agency's social and PR presence, and drive standout campaign ideas. You'll lead a team of designers, writers, strategists, and editors, playing a key role in elevating our creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Drive concept development for campaigns and pitches across digital, social, and video platforms.

  • Partner with account and strategy teams to translate briefs into strong creative ideas.

  • Maintain high creative standards that align with both client goals and brand vision.

Client Pitches & Presentations

  • Develop pitch decks and creative narratives that win business.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to build compelling brand stories.

Agency Branding & Social Presence

  • Oversee content and creative direction for the agency's social media and PR efforts.

  • Contribute to thought leadership, industry engagement, and awards strategy.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team.

  • Collaborate closely with leads from Influencer Marketing, Content Production, and Communications.

  • Ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and high-quality creative output.

Creative Innovation & Special Projects

  • Lead special campaigns and creative experiments that push boundaries.

  • Explore new platforms, tools, and collaborations that expand the agency's creative reputation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative role at a marketing, content, or communications agency.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to deliver bold, relevant ideas.

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects across platforms.

  • Solid understanding of digital, social, video, and influencer content trends.

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing integrated creative work.
